After I explained, yet again, that the increase in NICS checks does equate to an increase in gun sales, just not a one-to-one corrolation, you with "See Post #421, take two aspirin and call me in the morning". Silly me, I thought it might be connected. I must have forgotten how you dance around the topics when they don't go your way.

I believe the FBI. They said there is not a one-to-one corrolation. That is true. But you have tried to make it seem as though they are saying fewer guns are sold than NICS checks are made. That is incorrect.

The machineguns mounted on the towers adjacent to the keep is a good clue. The billboard sized sign warning them that we are armed is another. But most burglars would never get over the moat (as long as the drawbridge is up).

You claim that the number of households with guns has dropped from 56% to 24%.

And yet you acknowledge that the anti-gun people have lost almost every fight.
