Credibility is not just about honesty.

It's about authority.

Does the president really have command over the things he's talking about?

The president admitted that he was not in the loop about the colossal problems with his health care rollout. “I was not informed correctly that the website would not be working the way it was supposed to. Had I been informed, I wouldn't be going out saying, ‘Boy, this is going to be great.’ You know, I'm accused of a lot of things, but I don't think I'm stupid enough to go around saying, ‘This is going to be like shopping on Amazon or Travelocity,’ a week before the website opens, if I thought that it wasn't going to work.”

All you are good for is to stand on the sidelines and cheer for losers. If you were a leader or someone who owns a profitable business, you would know that it takes teamwork to be successful.
A CEO cannot micromanage a large conglomerate by his or herself. Do you really believe our President has the time to call each and every consulate daily?
You keep proving your lack of common sense.

The many controversies that the White House says the president was kept in the dark about:

Health-care insurance cancellations

Obama had repeatedly stated that, although new health-care insurance would be available through the Affordable Care Act, those willing to stay on their plan would be able to do so.

In fact, that wasn’t the case. Thousands who had bought insurance have been receiving cancellations notices from insurers.

The president said he wasn’t aware his promise before the rollout would result in cancellations, and has apologized for his assurances.

NSA surveillance

Our allies weren’t too happy when it was revealed that the National Security Agency had been tapping the phones of our friends abroad, such as Germany’s chancellor Angela Merkel.

The White House has said Obama didn’t know of the NSA’s actions, which took place for over five years.

HealthCare.gov troubles

The saga of HealthCare.Gov is well known.

The Web site has been filled with bugs, and many are having problems trying to register for Obamacare.

Katherine Sebelius, the Health and Human Services Secretary, said the president wasn’t informed of the problems during the site’s test run until after the launch.

IRS spying on tea party groups

Reports were released in the spring of 2013 that the Internal Revenue Service was improperly keeping tabs on various tea party organizations.

Turns out senior White House officials, including Chief of Staff Denis McDonough, knew about the actions but decided to keep them from Obama.

The reasoning was “in part to protect him from even the appearance of trying to influence an investigation.”

Justice Dept. subpoenas of journalists

In May, reports were released stating the Justice Department was secretly collected phone records of Associated Press journalists.

The action was highly criticized, but White House spokesman Jay Carney said that President Barack Obama didn’t know anything about the DoJ investigation.

The Benghazi attack

In what is now an infamous series of events, on Sept. 11, 2012, four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens, were killed in an attack in eastern Libya.

Former security chiefs testified that requests for heightened security had been made in Benghazi, but Obama stated that he had not been informed about such appeals.

'Fast and Furious'

A gun-tracking operation with the mission that trading guns would lead the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to Mexican drug cartels went wrong when 2,000 of those weapons went missing.

After rumors that this program was in part of the White House’s anti-gun agenda, Carney said “the President did not know about this tactic until he heard about it through the media.”
