The agreement would also include cutting carbon emissions 40% by 2030, with $369 billion to go toward energy and climate change programs, according to a fact sheet obtained by CNN.

Hopefully Democrats will have enough gumption and support to override this Manchin and Sinema threat both of whom are a terrible atrocity in Congress at basically being seditious and trouble making repukes in disguise, and who only care for themselves and that taxpayer and lobbyist money they live it up on.
