You have no idea how the system works. Otherwise you would not keep repeating something that is simply not true.
Why would an illegal vote? He has no ID to register. How does he do that? Why would he risk voting in America when he came here to get a job and send money back home. Why would he risk that to vote in an election in another country? He would call attention to himself and risk getting thrown out of America and losing the job. What does he know about our politics? Probably as much as you do about Mexican or Haitian politics...nothing.

That is not what it means although the meaning varies from city to city. Cities cannot override federal law and the government still enforces immigration laws in the city. Sanctuary usually means city law enforcement is not going to enforce immigration law (because it is not their responsibility) by asking those stopped for traffic violations, for example, about their immigration status. Some won't hold people being released from jail for some other reason for immigration officials to arrest for violations.

Cities don't determine who qualifies for federal welfare programs and federal law requires citizenship for voting in federal elections. If any of these illegals violate federal law they can still be arrested and prosecuted by federal authorities. The courts have ruled all students may attend public school--not just in sanctuary cities.

Again you are caught lying. Section 1324 of title 8 of the US code makes it a federal felony to encourage illegals to live in america. When cities let illegals collect welfare and get drivers licenses and attend schools, they are openly violating that law. That's how we know they let illegals vote too. THINK

Thinking is part of your problem. Illegals are not allowed to get welfare. They cannot vote. Are you stupid or just dishonest?

Section 1324 has nothing to do with the description of sanctuary cities and no city has been charged under that law. Cities can't "let" illegals collect welfare, that is a decision made by the federal or state agency administering that program. The Supreme Court says state/schools must allow illegals to attend. Drivers licenses are also administered by the state--not cities.

How does Section 1324 prove they are letting illegals vote? That law does not prove anything--it is just a law. It is not the job of cities to enforce federal immigration laws.

So, citing Section 1324 does not prove I lied about anything or change the facts about sanctuary cities. Local governments can allow whoever they choose to vote in local elections (illegals or other non-citizens) but not state or federal elections.
