Firing people that are supposed to hold the government accountable that aren't holding the government accountable makes sense to me. Just because someone holds a position and job title doesn't mean they're actually doing the job. To not hold them accountable is to acquiesce to a government bureaucratic dictatorship, something the Democrats would love to make permanent and unassailable.

For real. For people who have never visited NYC once in their lives or haven't been there in the past 30 years, they sure are obsessed with NY politics. AOC, Cuomo, Mamdani, Adams. The fact that their media constantly report on the city just goes to show how important and influential the city is. What in the actual fuck. The "subway system" did not "collapse". A marquee fell off a building and blocked one entrance to one station of the 472 stations that operate in the city. It was not "unrecoverable". It was investigated and fixed in less than a day. Your crackhead "grapevine" has you so full of shit that I sincerely doubt anyone ever takes a word you say seriously.

You have no idea what NYC was like during the pandemic. It was miserable. While most Americans were able to at least walk around outside, we had almost nowhere to go.
