Because she didn't get pregnant by immaculate conception. In contract law anywhere in the civilized world when two people make an exchange or do something together, they both have duties and responsibilities for that.

The idea that it's "My body, my choice" from the feminists between conception and birth and then it changes to the man in the picture has to suddenly pay child support even as he had no say in the child's birth, is nothing but a narcissistic feminine stupidity. Either she is responsible, her and her alone from conception to age of majority of the child (eg., her choice, and hers alone) with the man being a sperm donor and nothing more, or it is a couple's decision from conception to age of majority.

That's FAIR AND EQUAL! Doesn't the Left always preach about things being fair and equal? Why is it you want it in favor of the woman both ways and screw the man? That's not fair and equal, it's downright sexist!

I did a lot actually. I donated to the pro life cause for one thing, What did YOU do. For another I always voted for pro life candidates and now it has all finally paid off. And you?

Plus it really hurts the kids growing up fatherless and feeling unwanted. Never could understand how even the sorriest excuse for a man could ever do that to his own.

You would be correct if it didn't require a man somewhere to get pregnant. The woman would not be the one who is carrying that baby for 9 months without a man. BOTH are equally responsible.

The same Constitution that gave SOLE power to make voter laws to the state legislature. You know those laws that were changed by courts in states and not by the State legislature like the US Constitution requires. Strange you didn't want those laws followed.

If I was a Democrat congressman/woman in DC, first thing Monday I would introduce legislation calling for MANDATORY DNA identification to determine the paternity of every child born in the USA going forward.

Lets see who in DC REALLY wants to support children.

Well, YOURS do, and no wonder either.

We have all kinds of genetic tests available, including ones that can be done with the fetus. So, yes -- as soon as a woman in a state denying abortion rights finds out she's pregnant, taxpayer-funded paternity tests, and a mandatory child support order upon the results. When the child is born the dad has the choice of keeping and raising it if mom doesn't want to or isn't able to, or paying child support till the child is an adult, or paying to find an adoptive parent. Either, way he's on the hook for child support till someone adopts the child.

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons..."

But, I guess that is no longer considered a right since a woman cannot be guaranteed to be secure to do as she pleases with her own body, so it seems the federal government does have the power to force all men to provide a DNA sample so the federal government can keep lists for the purpose of determining paternity.

Said the moron who has no uterus and hasn't been near one for years. What, you think that a woman just swells up, goes to the hospital and squirts out a baby, then goes right back to work the next day w/o missing six weeks of paychecks? You think that a woman who has pregnancy health issues and cannot work should just go without a paycheck till the birth and then for six weeks afterwards? Could YOU have gone w/o a paycheck for months, assuming you've ever had an actual job?
