Make no mistake: yesterday was all about Trump

personally I think Republican voters are complacent and Democrats are enthused. I think it will be a different story in the big election day of 2018

Meh. Who knows? The only thing that's certain is that Trump will still be president (if he lives) and butthurt liberals will still pretend that everything that happens spells his imminent doom.

Maybe they should clean out the corruption in the DNC so they get the candidate the voters actually want next time.

It was definitely about Obamacare. No spin.

Bad day for you, Darthy? I can't imagine; your days of "Dems need to listen to me to win" are OVAH. Hope you enjoyed the past year.

You’re funny lol.

Democrats score from the one yard line and you’re dancing in the end zone like they won the Super Bowl. Lots of ball yet to played, Thingy. Democrats were going to win some sooner or later since their historic losses.

Nah - the nonchalance is forced and transparent.

Trump's approval ratings are a disaster, and yesterday was a reflection of that. You blew it w/ that guy, and he is going to continue to cost you at the ballot box until he's out of office (and likely for awhile thereafter, since he has remade the party in his own flawed image).

I'm interested in every election, ILA.

I can show you YOUR prediction - want me to show you that one?

LOL

I know what my prediction was. It was wrong.

Now I know you are trying to be cute, but you know what I am talking about. You didn't start one single thread talking about the Virginia election. I don't recall seeing one prediction about said election from you. Maybe your interest was being kept close to the vest?

Unlike you, I don't mind putting it out there. I suspect you were afraid to talk about it for fear of being wrong yet again.

I thought it was a coin flip & I was certainly going to chill on it.

But you did predict, and man, were you wrong. Like, way wrong. It's funny that you think you're less wrong by stating the obvious, that you were wrong. Way wrong.

Because you say so? Another unsubstantiated declarative statement, little Thingy? Feminine intuition?

I can't speak for Darth, but I can speak to your points.

Post-election approval ratings are meaningless even if valid, and I suspect that they aren't.

No poll is going to make Hillary POTUS. No election except a presidential election will make Hillary POTUS, either.

I don't care about the GOP. Never have.

I wanted someone - anyone - to beat Crooked Hillary. It happened to be Trump. If she runs again in 2020, I will vote against her again.

If she doesn't, and if Trump runs again and someone I think is a better candidate opposes him, they'll get my vote.

If not, I may not bother to vote at all.

How do you like them apples, little Thingy?

Let me guess .. you're a Trump supporter who claims that democrats have no agenda and no appeal to most Americans .. particularly the white ones .. and you now claim that Trump, who has the lowest polling in history, had nothing to do with it ..

.. YET, by some magic, democrats slammed the Republican Party in yesterday's elections.

What a mystery, huh?

No mystery at all BAC.....VA was Democrat before the election and it still is.....no mystery or surprise at all....before Trump came on the scene.

DC alone votes Democrat over 90% every election....no surprise there either....again, before Trump came on the scene...

No magic....its about as mysterious as the sun rising in the east.....

.

Well, it's nice to see you calm down enough to have an actual coherent thought. I was truly worried about you today. I hate to see anyone like that.

I believe you. But this thread is about Trump's effect on the results yesterday. It just sounds like you're in the wrong thread.

I thought it was a coin flip & I was certainly going to chill on it.

So you say today, little Thingy. As ILA insinuated, you apparently showed no interest in that contest until after the fact, and then you began to squawk like a hen that laid the golden egg.

Maybe you should start adding phrases like "believe me" when you make these claims.

Ah yes, once again looking backwards to Trumps last victory...Nothing highlights the desperation of Trump voters like their continual need to cite last November.

He's still president, and Hillary still isn't, Zappacrite.

Trump didn't even have to take office to accomplish what I wanted him to do.

Now, dance to my tune.

Since when is JPP the reflection of every feeling & interest we all have?

You guys are grasping at straws. I really don't care; I adore the result yesterday. I'm totally in love w/ it.

Another deflection, little Thingy?

Looks to me like you're a timid prognosticator but a bold opportunist who comes out crowing after the election is over.

Just admit it. I will understand.

Think so, little Thingy?

I don't feel emotional, but then, I don't knowingly consume soy.

Your typically-feminine concern for my 'feelings' is noted.

Going to try to substantiate your self-proclaimed status as the almighty arbiter of intellectual standards, or was that just a feeling you had?

:rofl2:

Having used up all the standard issue Trump defenses and still triggered AF, the whiny Trumpkin now resorts once again to his tire repertoire of petty taunts.

Right on cue.

Spend a few more pages whining some more for us, will you GBA?
