Good Lord, let's hope so. Weed is a total mind fuck, no treasury should have any surplus (spend it on worthy causes or give it back to the people), and the only "obvious" you understand is through the lens of a diapered criminal coddler.

Are you asking if the Trump Administration will enforce all laws or just the ones they like ala Obumbo? I suspect Sessions will enforce all laws on the books.

The nations laws are there from Democrats, Republicans and Independent lawmakers from years and years of law making. So how did the American people not put those elected lawmakers there? If not the American people please enlighten us how they got there?
