i love good jokes. even those in bad taste - i'm not even bound by PC rules of what is off limits -the human condition is laughable considering all the worrying and depression and envy and greed and war..and then we croak out anyways..

Still there are some serious matters at hand, and my biggest criticism of Dems is they are so far gone with TDS
they can't even rally behind obvious stuff like China..even the Russiaphobes are starting to get the idea the biggest threat facing us is not Russia -not by a long shot. it's China.

When confronted da resistance sez " well the Republicans did it too" like de-ligitimization/impeachment is just another political play.. It was screwed up when the Repubs did it, and the Special Counsel was founded on horseshit Russian collusion,but hey! it's all good... Just kill Trump by any means necessary

That is not a stated goal the way Republicans did when Obama was elected. He extended the olive branch, and it was rejected. And there is a huge difference between the presidencies. Obama entered office with no scandals, no investigations. Trump entered office in a cloud of controversy over Russia. Republicans wanted to look the other way. It fell upon Dems to turn the wheels of checks and balances.

I will add to that, Obama had two strikes against him being a black man. What those two strikes represented is of course a matter of opinion, but there's little doubt that much of America's south couldn't tolerate a black man. The existing racism wasn't ready to accept any olive branch.

Racism was increased under Obama and contributed hugely to the mere acceptance of a character like Trump. But it could be that if will all reversed after Trump and things might even out ever better than when Obama took office

The present task if for America to survive Trump. Indeed the whole world is threatened with not being able to survive Trump.

It's shame to America of the highest order and that's why I'm convinced that Mueller, on behalf of the FBI, are going to make sure he's stopped before too long.

We've been saying this entire time; that he has no idea what he's saying, and that Conservatives are clueless idiots who only pull the lever for racist reasons.

Also, this isn't Trump, this is Conservatism. The rot isn't Trump's doing, it's 40 years of Conservatism that caused this to happen.

Conservatives have never been intellectual. They've always been frauds. It took Trump to finally bring it all to the surface. That's why I don't understand the canonizing of Bush the Elder. He paved the way for Trump, he deserves credit for Trump, and the Conservative movement needs to be dispatched like a zombie on The Walking Dead. There is nothing of merit in the Conservative belief system. NOT A THING. It's all as stupid and corrupt as Trump.
