Majority of Americans Believe Trump in the Wrong

Anyone else notice the difference in tone Sybil uses when posting to himself and when posting to others?

For instance, when asking about a presidential candidate preference, the results change if the options presented are "Trump vs DeSantis" instead of "Trump vs DeSantis vs Haley vs Scott vs Christie" or "Trump vs DeSantis vs someone else vs not voting".

Many pollsters like to poll "head to head" matchups, such as "Trump vs Biden", Trump vs Newsom", "Trump vs DeSantis", and etc, but beyond the other reasons why such polls mean very little, they are also polling races/situations that do not exist. There are other options for voters beyond those two options being presented, including not even voting at all.

If Trump wins, the Democrats will go ape, and start a war (many are already warmongering here on JPP already).
If any Democrat wins, the Democrats will take that as a sign that their oligarchy is 'blessed' and start a war to 'protect it'.
If the election faults again, the people will realize the election system is irrecoverably broken in no uncertain terms and restoring the republic will require the use of force. The Democrats will claim a 'win', and treat it as if their candidate actually won, as in the above.

I just do not see how civil war cannot be avoided now.

Very true. From an Earthly standpoint, the immediate future is looking rough. This country is currently in a depressed economic state, thanks to Democrats. Due to the resulting lack of jobs/money, people are becoming increasingly desperate.

A number of crop farming states (e.g. Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, ...) are currently experiencing drought conditions. Here in WI, it has barely rained at all for a couple months now. So far this month, the Truax weather station in Madison has only recorded just shy of an inch of rain. The entire month of May saw just shy of an inch of rain. Most crop fields around here are looking rather sad. This issue will affect food/feed/ethanol for starters, causing related issues that will make people increasingly desperate.

These issues will be compounded by a (s)election cycle next year, which will likely climax in late 2024/early 2025. As you say, it is unfortunately likely that a civil war will break out no matter what the declared result is. Desperate people will do most any evil thing imaginable.

Some of us have already been preparing for such rough times ahead for quite some time now.
