yeah it's clearly an automated thing. Unless you think the campaign personally responds to everyone donation. still, one should probably work to block those donations so I wonder how much responsibility one has if this type of stuff happens

However there is an industry standard to inform and try to avoid soliciting aid from those who are not allowed by law to donate. Requesting CVV information is one of them, as well as simply having a point where it asks if you are legally allowed to donate giving information on legal donations. The point is that the site doesn't even use the simplest of industry standard means to try to weed out these particular donations...
