When WNBA player Brittney Griner was released from Russian detention after a prisoner exchange for a convicted arms dealer, the account posted what appeared to be its only tweet. Responding to a CNBC story about the topic, the account wrote: “Mass murderer for a wnba player great job keep up the good work,” in an apparent jab at President Joe Biden.

The account liked a tweet earlier this year from right-wing author and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza arguing against an assault weapons ban, as well as other tweets from political figures like Donald Trump Jr. and Tucker Carlson.

Trumpers aren’t necessarily mentally ill, although they do suffer from mental deficiencies. They are merely gullible and not very bright.

You asswipes never gave a flying shit about mental health until some NRA braintrust came up with the great idea to use it as a diversion from the REAL problem - the proliferation of guns in this country.

There is no more mental illness in this country than any other. We just happen to allow the mentally ill to have easy access to killing machines.

And the always pathetic “it’s too soon. The bodies aren’t even cold yet” bullshit. NEVER is your answer when it comes time to discuss gun restrictions in this country.

Some day, probably not in my lifetime, this country will say “enough of this shit” and come to their senses about guns. Just like every other civilized country has done. It will just take a lot more unnecessary deaths for that to come to fruition.

Republicans have always been known as the party to advocate and vote funding increases for mental health care. :rolleyes:

How could I have missed that?
 
It is insane the number of mass shootings we have in this country and yet we are the so called peace makers for the two major conflicts occuring around the world. To call this country a joke, would be a understatment....we elect leaders who deny fair election, who try to over turn election to the role of house speaker, we have a nut ex president doing everything in his power to thumb his nose at this nation and its people and we throw billions to nations to get the bad guys and yet....our Mass Shooters, if they kill themselves, are sent to prison on a light sentence.....all of course are rednecks and all are not better than Putin or Hamass!!
