Yeah, I pretty much think the same. Contrary to some here, I don't think people choose poverty but if they're forced into using EBT, they should be able to have a candy bar once in awhile.

Combined with military it isn't and most of the country's we give aid to are for a military purpose, basically, so we can keep bases in their countries or buy them as allies.

Yes, why do we need bases in Germany? NATO should have bases in South Korea, we don't need them there. If we brought the soldiers home from Germany and Japan, closed out bases there, put those soldiers on our borders to secure them, it would be a better plan than building a wall. I do not think that we need 700 bases around the world, and this has been my position since I have known you. I am for belonging to UN and NATO operation when Congress has declared such operations, but I don't think it is our job to police the world. I do not think that any nation should have nuclear weapons. so I don't agree that Japan and other nations should get them.

No, it is my finding based on a careful analysis of the data: means, motive, opportunity. In this instance, data proves that welfare breeds laziness, stupidity and denigration of inner cities while these same inner cities overwhelmingly vote Democrat.
There really is no other valid conclusion, especially when you factor in the fact that Democrats claim to be intellectually superior and better educated. If they are so smart, they should be able to see the real effects of their programs instead of claiming that they just need more funding for the program to produce a different result.
