You can choose to have no or little confidence in elections. That's your problem. The fact is that elections are safe and secure. You can also have no or little confidence that the sun is going to rise today. The "beliefs" of crazy people are not sufficient reason to enact public policy and build an artificial sun just in case the real one stopped working last night.

I dismiss apologists for election-stealing. They're goofy.
I dismiss evidence-deniers. The evidence for the 2020 election-steal is overwhelming and compelling. Besides, we all watched it happen right before our eyes. You presume that just because you willfully did not pay attention that everyone else did likewise.
We need the SAVE Act, otherwise Democrats will continue to steal elections unimpeded.

Why? Our elections are extremely safe and well-run. Why add a problem when things work very well? There are near-zero incidents of people using others' ballots. You showed your ID wjhen you registered. Should we get a new ID every 4 years? How bout every 2? You identified yourself with documentation when you registered. Perhaps we could remove all voters from the rolls every 4 years and force everyone to get an ID every 4 years.

Why not?( IDS are renewed here 4 years sometimes 8 years... Many places you can just do it online....) There's no addition of problems... Nothing wrong with making sure that everyone is registered properly...is there?
The point that is beyond you is that for many people. IDs are difficult to obtain. It is estimated that 21 million people will have their right to vote in jeopardy with unnecessary voter ID requirements.
They showed ID when they registered. They proved they were qualified. Now, what makes them unqualified? Nothing. You are Trumpy, so any voter hurdles are good.
This is voter repression.
They are not difficult to obtain.... If they had an ID then they will be able to renew it... If they didn't have an ID they need to get one....Long overdue...... You need 1 for so many things as you know... There is absolutely no voter repression.... And no excuse not to have an ID...
I had a lot of trouble. When you are older your birth certificate disappears. The hospital you were born in did not have computers. They merged or were bought up. Finding where the original landed can take time and trouble. It also costs money. And a lot of driving. Many people do not have transportation. When you walk in with that voter card hand it over and promptly receive a ballot
No one there gets to have a look at your personal information
No one at the polls can unfairly embarrass you by pretending you are trying to cheat
