Question, if you are so interested in advancing technology, then why can't states like Commiefornia count their votes in a reasonable amount of time?

The only reason leftists like you support mail in ballots is because it allows you to cheat. If you couldn't cheat, you couldn't win. It is really that simple.

There is no reason why people can't figure this out. If we are talking about a Presidential election it is once every four years. Oh my goodness what a burden that must put on you.

Apparently, you are clueless about what "mail in ballots" means you dishonest lying leftist hack.

These are not "absentee ballots." They are mailed to everyone with an address regardless of voter registration or citizenship. Then they are "harvested" by dishonest Democrat hacks who want to circumvent the system and ensure an autocratic one-party rule.

In addition, election day means just that. One day. It doesn't mean one week, or two weeks, or even one month or two. That is a corrupt system intended to empower Democrats who make a mockery of our election process.
