MAGA! U.S. job openings at record high

about 1/3rd of them are, yes. and it doesn't stop with the IT field either. A friend of mine in manufacturing got laid off last week, even though the company is struggling to fill positions.

Maybe your friends have undisclosed issues that make them undesirable employees. The stats are clear. Plenty of jobs are available.

I don't know about you personally, but I have heard her blamed for the death of Vince Foster and others, Benghazi, numerous other shit.

I don't know about you personally, but I have heard that she is the innocent victim of a vast right-wing conspiracy who never did anything wrong. :rofl2:

not forgetting about that at all. why do you say that?

my son recently finished his BS in business management (he's been going part time for several years while he worked (recently as many as 55 hours a week and still graduated on the Dean's List)......any way he put his name online on some job web site for jobs as a sales engineer. He got a call at 10:30 at night and a guy who owned a company talked to him for 45 minutes and scheduled an appointment for a "meet and greet" at the company. My son said, I am really surprised you called at 10:30.....the guy said "two reasons - one, the market is so tight I worried if I waited someone else would get to you first and two, I wanted to know if you were the type of person willing to answer the phone at 10:30".......

it is hard to find skilled employees.......a guy I know at a local factory told me a year ago already that when they want to hire a hundred new people they call in 300 from the temp service because 200 don't have what it takes.....

another company I pass on my way to the office had added a big sign that says "Voted #1 place to work 2007.......now hiring"......

just about everyone in town has "apply now" signs out.........

sure, that MUST be it.

have you LOOKED at the jobs available in the IT field? I seriously doubt you have, but whatever. you're not any different than the rest of the partisan butt licking crowd.

What you "seriously doubt" is irrelevant.

The stats are clear. If your alleged pals are having a tough time, it's not the job market's fault.

just to be clear, when you say 'job market' are you ignorantly referring to just the number of jobs available, or the most likely prospect of shady dealings by employers???????

Are you wondering why these "friends" of yours can't find a job in what is undoubtedly a strong market?

I'd suggest that they check their attitude at the door before interviewing if they share your apparent disdain for employers. Just sayin'. ;)

I'd suggest that you're a clueless moron for believing that it's all about 'attitude', that if it weren't for that then they'd already have a job. Your flippant and arrogant naivete about the job market tells me that you were probably born with a silver spoon in your mouth and it's now firmly stuck in your ass. I've interviewed for these jobs that 'on paper' i'm clearly qualified for, only to be told later that they have put the position on hold or are interviewing others and will get back to me. Sure, you can mollify your idiocy by just believing that i'm not as qualified as they were looking for, but that just means you're a dense and moronic fool.

Can't accept that the job market is booming?

Can't accept that applicants with poor attitudes who are hostile toward the businesses that are hiring are unlikely to make the cut?

Sounds like a personal problem. :rofl2:

So you were "asking for a friend". I get it. :rofl2:

don't deflect. I included myself in this. But something i'm seeing in some of YOU, not any different than some of the leftists here, or out there. they don't like something, then you're a racist. You don't like something, well then someone as 'attitude', or some other stupid bullshit. It's all a defense mechanism for partisans to lift their own self esteem. When did you realize you think so little of yourself?

Going around angry all the time is no way to get a job.

Plenty are available.

Lots of others are getting hired, so quit blaming the employers.
