irrelevant.....the issue is whether it is intelligent to have security in schools........we've already established that we can have fire exits in schools that would limit access to the schools from the outside without risking the safety of the kids if there is a fire......

the school my kids went to put those security measures in place years ago......
 
The shooters are cowards and they ick schools because they are soft targets. We need to harden the target. School need to have limited entry access and armed personnel.

So it's wrong of the media to "make a big deal" out of the massacre of little kids in their classrooms? Just WTF would be the proper scenario to make a big deal of?

Ted Cruz, almost a half-mil. He "beats" everyone.

Yeah, and something else has occurred to me - those cops - standing in the hallway for an hour - waiting for the gunshots and screaming to stop. This, my friend, is a metaphor for how accepting we've become regarding babies being killed like this.

That's another reason this Uvalde has changed me - the apathy is over. I'm staying on top of this one.. I'm actually making plans to head to the area in a couple of weeks. Ask me if I'll be afraid to go to Uvalde and just stare down local cops all day? I'm gonna do it. I hope they arrest me. I'm not even kidding.
