Comey cut Hillary an enormous favor. The New York FBI office was about to go public with the fact they had Hillary's emails so Comey had no choice but to start an investigation. He found.110 emails with classified information. And some were TOP SECRET. Yet Comey did not indict her and swept the whole mess under the rug. He could have easily have recommended felony indictments.
