Hello Dutch,



Well here's the rub. Despite the fact that we've got a lot of people locked up, there are a lot more mental cases on the loose. How much would it cost to treat them all before they get into trouble, and how would that get paid for?

My plan would be to get it in schools; mental health checks should be as routine as physicals with treatment options made available for most common ailments. Children who grow up understanding the value of good mental health will eventually become adults who support better mental health care for everyone.
