I remember when Detroit first announced their black population had reached 70%. That was over a decade ago. Since then Chicago blacks are fleeing just west of city limits but there are still neighborhoods in Chicago that are 100% and 90% black. My old neighborhood is all black now. The saying you can't go home is true. I don't even recognize the place.
