Poor Veruca didn't even get to celebrate for one day.

Of course it is too early to celebrate the unconstitutionality of this as it will now head to the Virginia Supreme Court

Guess the biggest question is what is the practical impact of this. At some point ballots have to be produced and candidates have to declare. Should be interesting

It must be because he agrees wholeheartedly with the decision to strike this down as unconstitutional because you know he hates gerrymandering. He said do

So all these so called "not fans of gerrymandering" aren't celebrating the gerrymandering being squashed by the court.

That seems odd.
