Many homeless people are mentally ill. When they shut down most of the Mental health hospitals,because of the abuses that where happening there they didn't create a place for those mentally ill people to go.So those who are mentally ill end up living on the streets in even worse conditions then when they were in institutions.Or even worse housed in the nations prisons.
The U.S. has dropped the ball when it comes to taking care of the mentally ill.
 
While I'm glad they found out who did it, I'm sorry that she has so many mental issues.

Maybe it was just another liberal defacing national monuments because that is how most of them operate to get attention
