If Biden pardons him for the crimes he has not yet been charged for 5th Amendment protections would no longer apply and he could be forced to testify under oath before congress and not be able to avoid answers by declaring the 5th. Biden needs his son to have this protection so that he cannot be forced to testify truthfully before congress.

The DOJ was forced to reopen the case against Cocaine Hunter.

The prosecution was humiliated by the judge in the case.

They gave him a sweetheart deal that effectively gave him immunity in any further prosecution.

The American people are now aware of this and are watching to see how deep the two tier justice system runs in present day America.

That was not even the concern of the Judge that refused to accept the plea deal, as it was written, in her court.

The plea agreement did not have the right language in it to say what the limits to any further investigations on Hunter it would cover.

She was concerned that if Donald Trump was to become president again, his lawyers would discover the loose ends in the plea agreement, and restart the investigation all over again.
