All continuing the path set by 8 years of the Obama administration.

tRump's mismanagement was slowing things down well before the pandemic got here.

The guy literally did nothing but give tax breaks to the wealthiest Americans while the pittance they gave every day Joe's had an expiration date on it. It's funny how the one for the rich didn't have any strings attached.

Actually, the middle class gained far more actual spendable income than the rich and oddly enough the government took in MORE revenue than before the cuts.

From a left leaning source, the IRS

IRS data proves Trump tax cuts benefited middle, working-class Americans most

"Income data published by the IRS clearly show that on average all income brackets benefited substantially from the Republicans' tax reform law, with the biggest beneficiaries being working and middle-income filers, not the top 1 percent, as so many Democrats have argued."

Yeah, libs never could deal with the facts.

Trump was lucky that Obama fixed the economic disaster that Bush left us. Trump came into a growing stock market and growing employment. He took credit for it. He had zero economic bills until he passed a tax cut that was almost all for the wealthy and corporations. I did not think anyone would give credit for the economy to the golfer-in-chief.

No one denies that trump was able to extend the Obama economy for two more years, but he did it at the cost of a huge deficit. It cost us more to get the same, but it got worse. Then trump tanked the economy.
