I do not believe TRUMP has any 'core' beliefs. Period. Non-interventionist? Didn't he was to INVADE Venezuela a couple of weeks ago? (WE found out a couple of weeks ago, he had to be talked down out of the rafters sometime in 2017).

Trump himself has not met a military intervention or war he didn't like. He supported invading Iraq, he supported military intervention in Libya, he escalated our military intervention in Syria and Afghanistan, and he fantasizes about invading Venezuela.
