Yup.And now they're frantically trying to convince us to ignore our own eyes and believe that the economy has never been better...as we pay more than double in fuel costs, double for groceries, etc.
My health care premium went up by 24% over the prior year. My propane cost (for home heating when I'm not burning wood) went up by 24% over the prior year, and the "spot price" for it is already 21% over what I contracted it for in the Summer.
My fuel costs have increased by roughly 50% from the PRE-COVID (for all the moron leftists out there) Trump-era prices, and within the last week-ish alone, gas prices here in Southern WI have jumped up by roughly 12%. (WAS at $2.77/gal... NOW at $3.09/gal and climbing). Grocery price increases haven't hit me as hard (yet) because I did my due diligence and prepared for them.
