as far as I know its the same one.. All they gotta do is remove the provision that allows cops to do things without probable cause and it would be fine.

Of course, the states could always secede as a result of the federal govt not living up to their promises of border control.. But I dont think anybody really wants to go that far.

All in all Arizona (and the entire 10th amendment community) is doing a fantastic job.. theyve passed firearm freedoms act in a bunch of states, anti-obama care in a few states, all sorts of bills that have completely nullified all the illegal laws coming out of Washington DC....

I stopped watching when the Nazi Germany comments came up; but it does appear that this young man has a good cause for a suit and I hope he wins.

Are you attempting to say that you actually believe that this shows the norm of what is going to occur; because there have been people suspected of murder, child abduction, bank robbery, child abuse, theft, embezellment, car theft, etc.
They also were arrested, until the situation was cleared up.

If you want a perfect world, then create your own.

I would challenge any one of you to work side by side with an illegal Mexican laborer. You'd be ready to quit in 5 minutes. They send or take any money they make back to Mexico. However, once they become Americanized, many become lazy, just like we are.
