The Republican primary voters don't care about 1/6. Many of the 81 million who voted against Trump in 2020 care. They care even more today after seeing him try to overturn the election results.

Control by definition is a negative word. I see very little difference between the establishment and Trump. The policies are the same.

The 1/6 bogus investigation has barely moved the needle.
The point is that Trump and the establishment are owned by the same people.
Nobody has been denied voting rights, it just might not be as easy. All people have to do is turn out and vote. Many laws have been passed laws requiring IDs, etc. but turnout has continued to increase. There is no evidence that any voting has been suppressed.
Agreed about Trump; he's a populist. A willow in the wind of the loudest and most violent squeaky wheels; America's White Supremacist Extremists. They go by different names, but all add up to the same thing: white men in charge. Specifically them. Not elected Americans. Not the most qualified. Just the most violent and white.
McConnell is spineless. He just wants to be Speaker and, like Trump, is spineless enough to do whatever it takes to get the title.
Disagreed on his "establishment Republicans". They're all gone or going. Liz Cheney was one. Romney another. Now it's just get-rich-quick assholes and traitors. The GOP is D-E-A-D. Even Pelosi lamented its demise, since America really does benefit from civilized opposing points of view.
