If anyone believes that the "launch" FAILED......I have some ocean front property in KS that's for sale. The US possesses the technology to knock out the communications of any guided rocket platform (via a cyber attack)....if that fails they can target them in flight. You will not hear the military reveal any information in relation to the "failed" test. For good reason. There was A TEST alright.
