For years Russian Oligarch's have been trying to change their image in the world and some have tried to use Charities to do that. The Oligarch that donated to the Clinton charity had not been affiliated with Uranium One for over 10 years, and was investigated by the CIA and the FBI and checked out to be a legitimate Charity contribution source.

In order for a Quid Pro Quo to work, you have to have both parties promise something in return for a favor. Hillary never promised anything to any Oligarch or Russian government official- nor did she ever use any behavior that would even suggest that she did. That was the basis for my question, "Exactly what did Hillary promise any Russian- and what did she do to help out any Russian? NOTHING! That's what!

So grow up, be a man, and stop bashing the Clintons for 100% campaign smearing and political benefit. That is nothing more than cheating and lying!

No one said that, and that is not even true.

Hillary had nothing to do with accepting donations from any oligarch!

Now Bill Clinton- he gladly accepting the donation! And he certainly was in no position to make any promises to anyone!
