jan 7 2016 I'll tell you something here, folks. You know who really, really, really might be ineligible to run for the presidency? And it isn't Ted Cruz. Nobody on the Republican side. Let's examine Hillary Clinton in terms of eligibility.

She might not be eligible to be elected president when everybody gets finished. Look at this, 18 US Code 107: "Concealment, Removal, or Mutilation Generally: Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both. ... and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States."

If she is ever indicted on this e-mail business, or if they find that she has mutilated, destroyed, hidden, or otherwise done away with documents that were classified that came under her purview? Sorry, folks. She's gotta be convicted, of course. But if that were to ever happen, she's not qualified.

Republicans should talk about this. if there's just a 20% chance she'll be declared ineligible, then dems are fools to nominate her. I'd love to see trump run against moscow bernie. HAHAHA. It would be a shutout.

Which is why the Dems will nominate her no matter what. And there are lots of people who will vote for her, no matter what. There hasn't been a worse leading candidate for president on either side in my lifetime, and she has probably a 50/50 of being president.

It's a little scary, actually. People talk about how bad our leaders our in this country, well, that's more of a commentary on the electorate.
 
This is what they do, when there is an issue about a Republican candidate that might gain legs. Cruz's eligibility, they come up with some theory to project that issue back on the opposition no matter how ridiculous.

I think the issue of Cruz's eligibility is ridiculous and HRC's is even more ridiculous.

That is still infinitely more than the chance that Ted Cruz would be "declared" ineligible. If Hillary is convicted on the documents thing, she'll not be "declared" ineligible, she simply will be ineligible...

The one who brought up Cruz's eligibility was the king birther himself, Donald Trump.

TO be convicted you would have to be charged with a crime. To be charged with a crime there is supposed to be probable cause.
