This Barney Fife who murdered this motorist, needs to be bought to justice? He had not business being a law enforcement officer in the first place?!! He lacked the maturity, tact, common sense, and courage it takes to be a law enforcement officer! In a lot these officer involved shooting, the cops said they feared for their life?
