Reading through the threads from the past few days, it occurs to me, liberals really have nothing much to say. The economy is sluggish, we aren't creating any real job growth, the dollar continues to decline, home prices are still bottoming out, the administration continues to blow it on foreign policy, Gitmo still open for business, rendition still happening, couldn't do the civilian court trials for KSM.... There's just not a lot of "accomplishments" from Obama, for the libtards to be crowing about. His embracing of the Bush Doctrine has not made things easier for them, even THEY know they are not good enough to spin that one into a plus.

The only thing they really have is a birth certificate and the rotting head of Osama Bin Laden. Now, how can a libtard turn a rotten head and bc into victory for 2012? Well by lying their asses off, that's how! It seems to be the standard objective to just throw out the most bizarrely outrageous lies in a flurry so fast, no one could ever catch them all, much less debunk them. And hope that this, along with the lies and distortions and name-calling of the right, will ultimately work to re-elect Obama. What's even more insane, is that just might work. Republicans seem to be having trouble with the tone of conservatism. Perhaps they need a little help from the people to find their voice, that remains to be seen, but they simply can't compete with the libs if they don't find it soon. Even though the libs are sucking wind and blowing chunks, they know they're going to show up on election day and vote.

Until then, expect to keep hearing the pinhead liberal strategy daily... More lies and distortions, more distraction and dragging their heels, and avoiding the debates... and more smearing and jeering of the right in any conceivable way possible. You know it is outrageous when they start calling a black man who was the son of a chauffeur and domestic worker from Atlanta, a "racist" because he isn't a half-white Harvard grad.... things have really gone off the hinge. It's going to be Bizarr-o-world! Welcome to the 2012 Presidential Elections!

It's like this, Dixie. Consider the shape/condition of the country when the Repubs took over in 2001 till the time they left. From a devastating attack to the brink of financial meltdown.

Now, one can say those things just happened to occur on a Repub watch, that the Repubs weren't responsible, that those things could have happened on anyone's watch..the point is they happened during a Repub presidency.

Call it the luck of the draw, fate, bad karma, it's just "one of those things"...well, actually two of those things....color it any way you want but they happened during a Republican Presidency.

Maybe people are happy just by the fact the sh!t has stopped hitting the fan. It may be a messy job cleaning up and it may be taking time but, at the very least, someone has shut off the fan.

Yes, Dix, the Liberals will show up on voting day because they know that, at the very least, the number of bad things have declined and just like ObamaCare, it's a start in the right direction.

Blaming Obama is like blaming a guy driving a car recently pulled out of the ditch and has body damage. It's not the fault of the guy currently driving the car. It's the fault of the person who drove the car in the ditch and we all know who was behind the wheel when the proverbial car hit the ditch.
 
Hey dumbass, we are still in the ditch... only now, we are stuck deeper and the engine is about blown and out of gas. The "driver" doesn't want to try anything different, even though most of the passengers have bailed, heading up the highway to get help. We're hoping maybe we can get some professional roadside assistance before the "driver" completely destroys the car.

Now, take your goddamn car analogies and shove them up you ass, pinhead! I'm tired and bored with this shit! You had 4 years to fix these problems, your guy ran on the promise he knew how to fix them, we listened to your stupid asses and trusted you with that, and now you want to point your incompetent finger at REPUBLICANS and blame them for your feckless and incompetent leadership.
 
Most economic indicators are pretty positive right now. Companies are hiring again, and the stock market is almost back to where it was, which is pretty remarkable for just over 2 years.

It's better than where I thought we'd be at this point...

What planet are you living on? Most economic indicators are pretty lackluster and anemic right now, and it's uncertain how long they can hold out. Companies are not hiring again according to the most recent unemployment numbers, we are barely breaking even, when you factor in the new people entering the workforce. Gas prices continue to be problematic, and this summer will see fairly robust inflation begin to effect everything across the board. I understand, if you are a pea-brain liberal pinhead, you certainly HAVE to believe that things are getting better, and about to turn the corner, but that's simply not reality...it's more like 'wishful thinking.'

And it's funny to hear you talking about it - you had us all convinced that we'd be in Mad Max territory now because of the stimulus...

LMFAO.... Well, it's not like they could have gone much further down, pinhead! I bought GE Stock for two cents a share! I just bought a house which appraised in 1998 for $74k... I paid $9k for it as is, through a foreclosure. I mean, I guess if you are a pinhead who is living in denial, and this much invested in a complete hoodwinking of America, then you HAVE to say and believe the economy is on the rebound, and happy days are just around the corner. The reality is, no new jobs are being created in any real numbers, and all economic indicators remain sluggish and anemic in growth.

But you were predicting doom - the next sequel to Mad Max, but for real. The market would never recover; growth would be a thing of the past.

And no one seems to be able to answer my question about whether most indicators are on the rise, or falling...

No, actually, if you go back and read what I predicted again, you will see that I said things would start to appear to be improving, about time for the election cycle to kick in... and pinheads would be running around saying... see? things are getting better! But this would all be temporary, caused by the influx of TRILLIONS of dollars into the system, through stimulus monies as well as quantitative easing from the Fed. Damn if that isn't exactly what is happening to the letter! I am good!
 
Dixie can tell you what a 15 yr old pickup sells for, don't look for anything else on the economy from that retard cousin marrier.

It's more like 2-1/2 years and the point is it takes time to correct mistakes, mistakes made by the Repubs.

Imagine where you'd be now if the Repubs had won in 2008 after their previous eight years of incompetence and mismanagement. Maybe people are thankful just for the fact the Republican downward spiral has stopped. That, alone, is plenty to be thankful for.

One more term for Obama and all will be well. In a few years you'll be looking for a new pick-up. Well, a new, used pick-up. We'll see you smiling again. :)
