LOL... ruled constitutional by the SCOTUS.
Sorry, I am not the idiot here.
So? Obviously, I am stating my opinion.
But please, I want you to explain how we HAVE to call it a tax. Lol

Here's the bottom line Libertarians, you guys make sure Obama wins this election, and you can hang your Libertarian ideology up for good, you're done. For the next 50-70 years, this country will be a European-style Social Democracy, and we'll just have to live with that. So maybe, possibly, your great grandkids will have a shot at establishing a more libertarian society, but your days of glory will be finished. Don't believe me? Think I am trying to scare you? Look at how old the judges are, and think about the kind of judges Obama will replace them with. Will a court full of Kagen's and Sotomayor's be hospitable to individual libertarian freedoms and values? I'm guessing they won't, and the only place Libertarianism will be mentioned is in the history books.... IF the Liberals allow it.
Well YOU can call it roses shooting out your ass if you want to, I suppose. It doesn't really matter what YOU call it.
If it's constitutional, it has to be a tax, that's what the SCOTUS ruling said.
You are just too stupid. The Roberts court views it as a tax. That is all. The ruling does not create any requirement nor is it an effective limit.
Well I don't know what kind of judges Romney would appoint, Jughead says he's a moderate and not a conservative, so he probably isn't going to appoint Pat Robertson to the courts. I think I can live with his selections over Obama's, we KNOW what kind of judges he plans to nominate, and it spells the END to Libertarianism for good. Go ahead and be bonehead stupid, and let the man win the election! I'm not a big fan of extreme Libertarianism myself, I share some libertarian philosophies, and would like to see us move toward a more libertarian government and society, but that's certainly NOT going to happen under Obama, and you know it.
It's the equivalent to putting the gun to your head and pulling the trigger... best case scenario, it's the waste of a perfectly good bullet.
Well, historically, the ruling of the SCOTUS sets precedent, so yeah.. it kinda IS and effective limit.
Explain how Obama's justices are worse for libertarianism?
You don't share any libertarian views or values.
Bull. They upheld the mandate. If they had struck it down it would have created a limit. All Roberts did was rule that he would view it as a tax. It does not require anything of anyone.
No, Roberts said the only way it could be constitutional was to be a tax. Political opportunists claimed what you are saying, to try and criticize Roberts decision, but his decision will establish precedent for future Congressional actions, as SCOTUS rulings almost always do, and if they don't, are often challenged and brought to the courts again for review.
guns and ammo. maybe you've forgotten just who it is that runs this country. Here's the bottom line Libertarians, you guys make sure Obama wins this election, and you can hang your Libertarian ideology up for good, you're done. That's your unfounded and baseless opinion, and you're entitled.
Obamacare is going to be DOA come January 21, 2013. Any future attempts to implement anything like it, will be held to the standard of a tax and will have to be passed by 2/3 Congress as such. No way around that now, it's the SCOTUS ruling.
