Should America deport ALL of its BLACKS back to Africa. Yes, I think so, because despite White America bending over backwards to address their never-ending grievances- to the tune of countless trillions of tax-dollars - nothing is ever good enough. There is always some new complaint or demand or blame they have to place on civilised, American society for their failure/complete inability, to clean up their collective act. The fact that Blacks in America are economically disadvantaged, or fail in high school, or are responsible for an inordinate amount of crime, and drastically over-represented in prison populations across the US, or engaged in some other kind/s of pathological, anti-social behaviours is ALWAYS Whitey's fault - never their own fault. Basically they have been a major pain in America's ass for literally hundreds of years. Never contributing anything positive to American society; only causing trouble and strife of one kind or another.
I think Americans are FINALLY starting to get fed up with them. They are sick of hearing about 18th - century slavery, they sick of hearing about ludicrous demands for reparation, they are sick having to cover Black America's massive, Welfare bills with their taxes. They are tired of trying to help Blacks assimilate into mainstream society when everything do to incentivise this doesn't ever "move the needle" one millimetre. in the right direction.
I think that Black America needs to told that they have been given more than ample help to integrate into civil, mainstream American society for many, many years. But despite this not only they failed to integrate, they have repaid the kindness and tolerance they have shown by condening America as a nation of loathsome, White Supremacist racists.
Given this, America's Blacks should be put on notice, and told: " We have done everything we possibly could to help you, but you have not shown ANY evidence of progress. You now have 5 years to clean up your act. If, after this time there is still no improvement in your behaviour and attitude, we are going to ship you all back to Africa.
