They are not fallacies. They do no violate any rule of logic. Further, the circular argument by itself is not a fallacy. Further, if something exists, it therefore exists. ?A->A is a perfectly valid equation and forms the Identity axiom.

The ad populum fallacy only occurs when someone tries to prove it 'better' because it is popular.
The fact that something is popular is not itself a fallacy.
