Liberal hate criminal gets 25 years

A man who planned a mass shooting at the headquarters of a conservative Christian lobbying group in Washington last year was sentenced Thursday to 25 years in prison for the plot that injured a security guard.

Floyd Corkins II was carrying 15 Chick-fil-A sandwiches and nearly 100 rounds of ammunition during the shooting at the headquarters of the Family Research Council.

He later told authorities he planned to kill as many people as possible and to smear the sandwiches in his victims' faces as a political statement.

Corkins, 28, was reportedly a volunteer at an organization in Washington serving the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities. CNN was unable to discern a known job or source of income for Corkin.

Corkins may have had something else -- an ideology.

Corkins' parents, interviewed by the FBI following the shooting -- "informed FBI Special Agents that Corkins has strong opinions with respect to those he believes do not treat homosexuals in a fair manner".

After the gunman entered the building, he shot a security guard without warning, and after being wrestled to the ground, and said "I don't like your politics".

Well that certainly proves beyond doubt that the nut was a liberal....and by extension, a Democrat

because the pro-homosexual liberal reporters and editors downplayed this since they had been advertising the chick-fil-a boycott and likely felt they could could fingered as the inspiration for the perp in the same way they like to sell the meme that right-wing news inspires violent tea-party actions!
