I am an American woman that enjoys my rights that have been obtained through the hard work, courage and stamina of women before me. I am thankful for my right to vote and to run my own business. After much research into the growing Islamic population in America, I am alarmed at the Islamic community's forceful intrusion upon women's rights in our country. The Islamic extremist muslims which are infiltrating our country do not want to assimulate into our society but are looking to have Sharia be the ruling government. This is very menacing as the rights that women have fought so fiercely to obtain will be taken away and women will then be imprisoned by the Sharia laws. The Islamic Sharia Laws enforce such things as a woman being beaten for not wearing a head covering, death for sexual relations outside of marriage, etc. Noor Faleh Almaleki, the young Arizona Muslim woman who was run over by her father for being too westernized has already died in our country. We must act now to stop this movement. I suggest that the women of America, all women's organizations, unite and push for legislation that will prohibit any state in our country from recognizing the Sharia laws.

Klaatu, at this point, Sharia is by choice in the USA. I do not see it becoming a forced issue for some time, but I like others, plan to keep an eye on its advance, after all, being a progressive, I will be one of their first targets! Islam has it degrees of oppression, just like Christianity. Christians have come a long way, but there are factions, although fringe that would not be too different from the Taliban in their enforcement of the the OT laws if given the chance and laws did not restrict their nature. I have been reading about some very interesting groups that existed or exist in the USA and all of them tied to Christian thinking. They are not as vocal as Fred Phelps, but they are crazier.

All of the things you have mentioned are along the same lines of Conspiracy theories as the ones that Bush orchestrated 9/11. There may be am atomic sized bit of truth in the matter, but and there is always some big buts!

One should take note of CT, but one must also weigh their true nature and see if it is concern, a real issue or just something to put away in the recesses of ones minds and deal with the real issues that face this nation, like how to create jobs and bring back unity and true patriotism and not this forced crap, making people afraid of their next door neighbors for irrational reasons. I am not your enemy, no matter what all the pundits are saying and you are not mine, we have common grounds and this is what we need to find instead of all these people trying to exaggerate our differences. The USA destruction will come from within, as was predicted, if we keep finding an enemy that doesn't exist but is fabricated by a bunch of people who want to make money off creating these divisions amongst us. I believe it is more important now, than ever before to find a common voice and restore the USA.

It scares me that there are people who believe that I am more dangerous to the USA than is a foreign terrorists. What kind of thinking is that? I know that there are individuals who a danger to me, but as a group, I do not see conservatives as more dangerous to the USA than foreign terrorists, that is just ridiculous.

History has proven that when religion and politics mix it can be a very dangerous combination and it usually comes at a time when a nation and a people are down and need hope. America is ripe for a bad combination right now and this scares me, whether it is Muslim, Christian or Buddhist, I don't want it to happen. The two are like gasoline and matches in my opinion and only leads to one side being very oppressed!

Why would muslims want women to become americanized. America women are on a self destructive path. Educated women don't have children. So muslims want to keep their women un educated. American women work and own businesses. Financially dependent women don't get married and don't have children. American women have abortions and use birth control. American women are immoral, powerful, independant, wild. This is not what muslims want they want to be able to control their women they don't want their women to control them. Muslims don't really care what non muslims in this country do they just want everyone else to leave the muslim community alone and allow them to live the way their religion teaches them to. European birthrates are so low that they will eventually start dying off. At least American women are doing their job well enough to keep the birth rate stable. We have had the same debate in the UK, the only aspect of Sharia law that is given the time of day is divorce and family matters but even that has been rejected. These clowns would have you believe that there would be an American version of Chop Chop Square on Constitution Avenue if the dastardly Muslims got their way. It seems as if they have replaced the Russians as the new bête noire.

The ironic thing is that there were many people on the extreme right, in previous years, that admired Saudi Arabia and stated that their version of an eye for eye was a good thing.
