If I pull up to a DUI checkpoint where they're inspecting every driver on a road to see if they're drunk, I believe that's a violation of my constitutional protection against unreasonable search and seizure. There are legal professionals who would agree with me and probably take it to court on my behalf if I wanted to push it.

Since the government already knows about you guys, you can bet they have a very effective action plan in place to put you down quickly and without serious collateral damage. We have plans to invade Iceland. They have military planners work this stuff out for almost every contingency. You have far too much faith in your ability to take life and not enough faith in the quality government's preparation and training.

Here's what the scenario is going to look like: 50-100 gun nuts on a range somewhere who think they're all that and a bag of chips refusing to pay taxes and whipped into a frenzy by tea bagging each other at parties. The government comes, waits them out, cuts them off, and lets them implode. Eighty percent surrender to the government without a fight when they see the Blackhawk helicopters on the horizon and well out of range from your guns, but well within range for their Hellfire missiles. The other 20 percent hold out a little longer but finally surrender to the government after a standoff. The government goes in and finds a bunch of illegal weapons and prosecutes them. They spend 20 years in jail and never vote again because they're felons.

In perhaps the most blatant political attack on conservatives in our countries history, the Department of Homeland Security issued an intelligence report that warns law enforcement of right wing extremists and radicals preparing for potential domestic terrorist attacks and violence due to racist fears, gun control paranoia, and displeasure at the economic and financial policies of the current political atmosphere. Having read through only 13 pages of this report, they used exactly 13 people and incidents to label the right wing as full of racistm, nazis, skinheads, white supremacists, and disgruntled republicans. They've even included former military veterans returning from combat and service groups as people subject to radicalism.

This is totally disgusting and the President, as well as Janet Napolitano, should be ashamed to lower themselves to such political debasement.

A threat is a threat. Remember debacles on the "no fly list"?
