sep 29 2022 A liberal man who admitted shooting a pro-life grandma who was merely canvassing against a radical pro-abortion ballot measure in Michigan still doesn’t face any criminal charges. More than a week has elapsed since Richard Harvey shot the unnamed pro-life advocate in the back on September 20th.

Harvey has admitted to shooting an elderly pro-life woman who was canvassing homes to campaign against Proposal 3, which would legalize abortions up to birth in the state. Meanwhile, his wife is a radical leftist and abortion activist who regularly threatens conservatives in social media posts.

During a recent local TV interview, Harvey admits shooting the pro-life woman, who was peacefully canvassing door to door against the ballot measure. He claims he accidentally shot her — even though she was shot in the back — using a rifle to try to knock away a clipboard she was carrying.

Harvey acknowledged he could face charges.

“It’s always possible,” he said. “I shot somebody. It was an accident.”

Yet 9 days later Harvey still hasn’t been charged. Michigan State Police are investigating the shooting and Ionia County Prosecutor Kyle Butler told News 8 Monday that he’s waiting for police reports before deciding on whether to file charges.

January 3, 2020: A high school student, Samuel Gulick, spray-painted "Deus Vult" on a clinic in Newark, Delaware before throwing a Molotov Cocktail at the front window. Gulick was sentenced to 26 months in prison by a federal judge.[39]

October 10, 2020: A man threw multiple Molotovs at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Fort Myers, Florida.[40]
January 23, 2021: An unknown individual fired a shotgun at a Tennessee Planned Parenthood clinic; no one was injured. News outlets noted that the attack took place on the anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision and at a time when Tennessee's governor, Bill Lee, was involved in a heated online debate regarding abortion and health care.[41]

November 23, 2021: A man destroyed several windows and security cameras at a Planned Parenthood in Grants Pass, Oregon. Devin Kruse, 27, pleaded guilty to two counts of violating the federal Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.[42]

December 31, 2021: On New Year's Eve, a fire destroyed a Planned Parenthood in Knoxville, Tennessee. The building was closed at the time for renovations. The Knoxville Fire Department and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives ruled the fire arson. The clinic had previously been shot at in January of the same year.[43]

May 25, 2022: A masked woman set a fire at a planned abortion clinic in Casper, Wyoming. The ATF offered a $5,000 reward for information leading to her arrest.[44]

July 31, 2022: A man set a Planned Parenthood building on fire in Kalamazoo, Michigan. A suspect was charged with arson of an organization receiving federal funding. According to investigators the suspect posted videos on YouTube railing against abortion and other topics.[45]

Ms. Harvey followed her down the porch onto the sidewalk and continued her verbal assault of Ms. Jacobson. Her husband, Richard Harvey, joined her in the yard and was carrying a loaded .22-caliber rifle. He never said a word to Ms. Jacobson, and she said nothing to him. He admitted that he fired a “warning shot” and then claimed he “accidently” shot Ms. Jacobson with a second shot. She was not threatening either Mr. Harvey or his wife, did not use her clipboard as a weapon, and was shot without any provocation. She had turned to ask Ms. Harvey to stop yelling at her, and she was shot from the side as the bullet entered the top of her right shoulder and exited out her upper back near her spine.

Says he used a 22 caliber rifle. Maybe a 22 rimfire though there are 22 centerfires such as the AR-15s. I doubt a 22 rimfire could go completely thru a person.
