You are on your opioids again.

There's no evidence that Ford lied under oath. You want to presume her guilty of lying until proven innocent, but that's not how criminal law works.
Kavanaugh, on the other hand, definitely lied under oath -- most famously when he lied about not seeing the stolen Democratic emails, but also when he deceived the senate about the contents of other people's testimony about the party where he alleged tried to rape Ford. He outright said that four people had sworn they weren't there, even though he knew they had not actually said that.
So, what penalty do you think there should be for Kavanaugh's perjury?
I don't think she lied. It's very possible she self hypnotized to believe what she said, but even if she didn't I still think she believed what she said. She needs to continue her psychiatric treatment and hopefully find a new psychiatrist. She stood in front of the entire country under oath and deliberately tried to destroy a man's life with phony sexual assault allegations with no evidence and no credible witnesses and did it under the guise of social justice because Kavanaugh just happened to be a pro life, white conservative male. This is the definition of guilty until proven innocent and a travesty of justice. Everything unamerican was on full display from little miss boo hoo me too.
So instead of going to jail, little miss boo hoo me too with her phony little girl voice (Will she keep talking like that every time she goes out in public?) will rake in millions as the new Anita Hill victim extraordinaire of the left with lots of appearances on CNN and the late night TV pseudo comic shows and book signings across the great plain.
This is one reason why we must keep fighting these people and why Republicans of all stripes, never Trumpers, Trump supporters and establishment types everywhere are united like never before.
Yes there is
No you willful idiot; it is the difference between her claiming her best friend was at the party and her best friend actually saying she wasn't at any party she described and didn't know who Kavanaugh was.
Nope, it's not. It's all of the other, irrefutable lies she told during her testimony.

She's a very sick woman.
What evidence do you see that Ford lied under oath?
Also, in light of the undeniable fact that Kavanaugh lied under oath, what do you think the penalty should be for that perjury?
I don't let social justice determine the guilt of someone based on identity politics.
That would make you very rare for a conservative. Most conservatives determine guilt or innocence based solely on whether someone identifies as a conservative.
Anyway, if you don't think that way, then surely you can see that Kavanaugh told the Senate, while under oath, that all four of the people Ford said were at the party had said they weren't there. And surely you can also see that Kavanaugh knew that was untrue at the time he said it. So, as you can see, he perjured himself. What do you think the punishment should be for that crime?
How many times are you going to ask the same.... question....
How many times are you going to ask the same... question....
As you know, her friend didn't claim she wasn't at the party, she just said she didn't remember being there.
Kavanaugh knew that and lied about it under oath. So, what should his penalty be for perjuring himself that way?
are you always this ^^^^stupid?
It is obvious she lied; she claimed four people, including her best friend, were at the party. All stated they were not there.
Wrong; she actually stated she has no recollection of any party Ford said they were at and didn't know who Kavanaugh was. If Ford is going to claim she was there, and she says she wasn't, that is a lie.
are you always this ^^^^stupid? or just on the forum.
because I pray for you if you are, no one Dr Ford said was at the party recollects being there, or even knowing OF the party
As you're well aware, they did not state that. That's just Kavanaugh's perjury. What they said is they didn't recall the party, which is obviously a very different thing. Kavanaugh knew that and chose to lie about it under oath. So, what punishment should have have for perjuring himself?
