If the mother passes Hep B to the baby, the baby is already infected. A vaccination is useless.

The vaccine series for Hep A and B is pretty effective at mitigating the effects of infection.

Allergic reactions are rare, and can be dealt with. If an allergic reaction is found, it's probably to the carrier solution and it's a good idea to find out quickly since that solution is used for a variety of immunizations.

That said, immunizations should be voluntary, decided by the parents, not the government.

If a child is already infected from the mother, a vaccination does nothing.

considering the known treachery of the government and big pharma, and their predilection for lies and intentional global attempts to murder humanity, it's best to assume all their products are poison now, even if some used to be good, like real vaccines manufactured from the target pathogen, not fucking eugenics experiments.

Yep I would wait until my child entered a public childcare or nursery school situation if my family was Hep B negative.

The Hep A/B immunization series takes a few months, so allow enough time.
Completing the series allows the body to learn to properly construct antigens against these infections.
