Let’s just say it: The Republicans are the problem.

Nope. It's the Libs. They hate life (human babies) and liberty.

The only concern I recall is the Repubs wanting to ensure homosexuals marry properly. I know the libs are more concerned about what they think children should be eating than the children themselves. The truth is, they just want to punish children for not having the school's chicken nuggets and broccoli spears.

Thank God for term limits. November 2012 is the beginning for real hope and change. ;)

Lies and sissy chatter. We don't hate "life" or "babies". Fetuses (or "feti") are not babies. Liberty is allowing a woman to choose what is right for her and her own body.
As for the rest of your commentary, I'm not going to even dignify it with a response....it's simply mindless "dribble".

except that Gator has already admitted to me he is PsychoBlues, which would mean that PB would have to be Legion, and Legion isn't PB's style of poster.....PB is more like TouchieLiberal, he never quits arguing with you....

There's also the probabllity that PB (Poet's Bitch) was on differerent boards and PB was the moniker used on the board you're talking about.
The same poster also posts here and needed something to post under and hide who they really are; therefore they bring the character of PB here and use him to incite and keep the pot stirred.

Finally, someone on the right chastising one of your own. First time for everything. Well-done. Especially in light of his "never hit a woman" schtick.

Yes I know Poet.
My reply to her comment was ever so much worse then you stating that you would slap a women for wagging her finger in your face and you would also probably break her finger.

I'm so chastized. :palm:

talk about entitlement issues. If you hadn't proved you were an idiot racist before, you just did it with this post right here. congratulations.

Well, you see...I don't sign on for "white privilege". You're not entitled to special considerations or "passes", simply because you have white skin. That doesn't stop you from taking advantage of it, nevertheless, and quite often, on a "subconscious level". You don't even know you're benefiting, most of the time. You sure as hell don't acknowledge that you are.
Where and under what circumstances would you refer to a black as an "Uncle Tom", when it means a black that caters to "white people", in general, or "white establishment", or "white authority" (and don't pretend that those particular entities don't exist)????? Who would be an "Uncle Tom", in your estimation, and why? (I'm gonna love this explanation, and look forward to decimating it, piece by piece and line by line). How often do you use "the n-word", which is germane to some blacks, but definitely "off limits" to whites, nowadays? Because surely, if you think you can use the term, "Uncle Tom", it would stand to reason that you could also use the N-word, interchangeably. I'll wait for your response.

well lets look at the candidates.....it would have to be one of the liberals, not Legion, would have to be addicted to vulgar language and scatalogical insults....might identify himself as a white transvestite pedophile if he thought it would get a rise out of someone but wouldn't pose as a gay black so it isn't poet......no one really comes to mind....

You people are such morons. Nobody's going to make an attempt on his life. Relax, Kaptain Sewage. Poet may be a race baiting asshole, but I seriously doubt anyone wants him dead.

And that would be you not telling the truth. I'm not under any illusions....if you can force your fingers to write that I'm a race-baiting asshole, then pulling the trigger is not far behind. You're in denial. I'm not.

The only way I'd be pulling a trigger is if I saw your ugly mug in my hallway. Until then, step off and stop the bigotry.

I don't think it's Poet; because his ego is to big to allow that to occur; but since Poet's Bitch came on here and immediately began defending Poet, it makes it highly probable that it's someone from this site that was also posting as PB elsewhere.
It most certainly is a liberal and as to the word usage; several liberals on here, have created trolls in the past for the express purpose of being able to say such things.
That way they can express their true thoughts, without tarnishing the personna that they want everyone to see.

We know you don't, Mr. Redundancy. You turn to the imaginary charms of endless black slavery and other absurdities.

No, honey...I don't have to resort to "imaginary"....it's quite "real", up in here. The fact that you're a part of the racist and bigoted "posse", only underscores why you would suggest that it is "I", with the problem, as I'm repeatedly called a racist and a bigot, while white forum members defend me every day. What you're suggesting is something is wrong with their judgment, and that they would align themselves with an "avowed" racist and bigot. For what reason? To solidify the bonds of unity between "so-called" liberals?
A racist liberal. Now there's a thought. That's definitely a horse of a different color. I don't know any. And I'm certainly not one.

Rep. Allen West, a Florida Republican, was recently captured on video asserting that there are “78 to 81” Democrats in Congress who are members of the Communist Party. Of course, it’s not unusual for some renegade lawmaker from either side of the aisle to say something outrageous. What made West’s comment — right out of the McCarthyite playbook of the 1950s — so striking was the almost complete lack of condemnation from Republican congressional leaders or other major party figures, including the remaining presidential candidates.

It’s not that the GOP leadership agrees with West; it is that such extreme remarks and views are now taken for granted.

We have been studying Washington politics and Congress for more than 40 years, and never have we seen them this dysfunctional. In our past writings, we have criticized both parties when we believed it was warranted. Today, however, we have no choice but to acknowledge that the core of the problem lies with the Republican Party.

The GOP has become an insurgent outlier in American politics. It is ideologically extreme; scornful of compromise; unmoved by conventional understanding of facts, evidence and science; and dismissive of the legitimacy of its political opposition.

When one party moves this far from the mainstream, it makes it nearly impossible for the political system to deal constructively with the country’s challenges.

“Both sides do it” or “There is plenty of blame to go around” are the traditional refuges for an American news media intent on proving its lack of bias, while political scientists prefer generality and neutrality when discussing partisan polarization. Many self-styled bipartisan groups, in their search for common ground, propose solutions that move both sides to the center, a strategy that is simply untenable when one side is so far out of reach.

It is clear that the center of gravity in the Republican Party has shifted sharply to the right. Its once-legendary moderate and center-right legislators in the House and the Senate — think Bob Michel, Mickey Edwards, John Danforth, Chuck Hagel — are virtually extinct.

The post-McGovern Democratic Party, by contrast, while losing the bulk of its conservative Dixiecrat contingent in the decades after the civil rights revolution, has retained a more diverse base. Since the Clinton presidency, it has hewed to the center-left on issues from welfare reform to fiscal policy. While the Democrats may have moved from their 40-yard line to their 25, the Republicans have gone from their 40 to somewhere behind their goal post.

What happened? Of course, there were larger forces at work beyond the realignment of the South. They included the mobilization of social conservatives after the 1973Roe v. Wade decision, the anti-tax movement launched in 1978 by California’s Proposition 13, the rise of conservative talk radio after a congressional pay raise in 1989, and the emergence of Fox News and right-wing blogs. But the real move to the bedrock right starts with two names: Newt Gingrich and Grover Norquist.
