Take note of the date of this article, fool..its from September, 2014.....And your gonna tie Trump to this build up at the end of 2015 who won't be the president until 2016 ?

Oh, so now what Obama said or did years ago rationalizes the Donald saying now he'd welcome a nuclear arms race, too funny, you definitely got that one off of the radio, and given that the guy hasn't even taken office yet onfirms that the right's explanations for the Donald"s screw ups are going to "Obama's fault"for years
 
This is a good time for Obama to push forward with initiatives that are potentially unpopular with his own camp, because there's nothing his own side can do about it, and because the elections are over. To me, the most important aspect of our nuclear arsenal is the ability to safely maintain and dispose of nuclear waste. If modernization leads to progress in this area, then that's a good thing.

Nope....Little Georgie Bush did it. :) I must correct you. California has a total of 3.4 ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT CRIMINALS being counted by the US CENSUS.....padding the welfare and voting districts inside the state of California, as the only thing the Census counts is heads. This information is then used to calculate Federal Funds going to California as well as using that data to establish Electoral College votes.

Truth: California should not receive one penny more from the Feds until they come into compliance with the US RULE OF LAW.
