Legislating morality

Funny how liberals fight to keep guns from law abiding citizens, then break the law and have a gun where it has been declared illegal.

It's different when a man like the Commander needs that gun because he's going to be driving through a dangerous area with his much younger wife, don't 'cha know?

It's not as if he could have applied for a permit beforehand. His time is too valuable.

Laws like that don't apply to the Commander, I guess.

Besides, he gave a Mexican some "respect and friendship" and now the gun is legal.

that sign was not at Brownsville when I crossed the border. sorry. no lies told.
That's highly unlikely. Regardless, ignorance of the law is no excuse. You're a liar.

Now that you are aware of the law, surrender your weapon to the local authorities.

Or perhaps they will get an email from a concerned citizen in the US.

"Morality cannot be legislated, but behavior can be regulated. Judicial decrees may not change the heart, but they can restrain the heartless."

Thoughts?

So when I hear lefties claim that it is not moral that CEOS make 1000 times their employees can I say that "you can't legislate morality"
