there was a guy in washington selling (i think) medical before they went full legal and he got convicted and faces nearly 30 years. If the feds wanted to they could still basically put anyone in jail carte blanche that is running one of these legal weed stores. Man I would hate to piss the feds off if I were running one of those shops.

to be fair I have never had cheapo shitty weed. I used to buy from this kid that would smoke an 1/8th a day, maybe more. so he had a really high tolerance and thus was always selling really good stuff

and many people do grow their own... you can legally (state, not fed) grow six plants. Which is more than enough supply for even toppy.

It is going to be interesting to see what this does for tourism etc...
Though I do wonder what effect it will have on injuries... my guess is you see a corresponding increase in injuries from the ski resorts.
