A lot of people make the assumption the European invaders were the only ones ravaging the planet

at the time the 'invasion' started the entire world was rife with this type of venture, grab what you can by killing anyone that objected

read the history of North America's indigenous peoples before Columbus, the tribes routinely raided, killed, tortured, and cannibalized each other, for hundreds and hundreds of years

....they weren't sitting around the campfire smoking peace pipes, they were slow roasting one of their neighbors then eating him for dinner

Capitalism is at odds Theocratic & Nationalist values.

Catholics, Hindus , Muslims , and Buddhists tend to know this.

Sub Human Protestants do not.
