Disagreed. City contractors have to comply with city and state ordinances. If they move out of the city, then it's just state ordinances.

That's all government. You can't do much of anything without a pittance to the government whether it's payment or following standards. The government had the power to force themselves on you all along even with 2nd amendment rights. Just ask the older generations of Japanese Americans.
