He doesn’t speak English, is dimwitted, and I don’t believe it was a week, regardless, Ice’s performance wasn’t professional, and Noem is lying attempting to describe it as such. Importance is that many local communities across America have their own Ice story which is why Trump is back peddling on the issue now

He speaks what... Klingon? No, he likely speaks Spanish. That isn't too hard to find someone who can understand him. What should ICE have done, gotten him a room at the Ritz Carlton? Was the guy diagnosed as so mentally handicapped he couldn't function in society? It seems to me that he was functional enough to live in society for years and commit several serious crimes which he was convicted of and the court didn't find him insane or so diminished he couldn't follow the charges against him.
