Well actually there is legislation, laws that say he can't murder, so you have to go back to the drawing board on this one, yurt. The President can't murder at will.

i'll state it another way....obama, it is the right thing to do by paying more to charities, i'm working with congress on getting legislation requiring all americans to pay more to charity.....your logic - obama doesn't have to pay more to charities until the law requires him.

taking deductions, write offs etc....are not compulsory. therefore, obama can easily pay more taxes by not taking the voluntary deductions and reducing his effective tax rate.
